Cóż, temat nie jest o leczeniu raka wodą święconą, trzeciej wojnie światowej co wybuchnie pojutrze, ani o nowych zdjęciach w bikini naszej pierwszej damy, więc z zasady nie spodziewam się jakiegoś super zainteresowania.

Ale to ważny temat bo pokazuje na jaką skale przekręty robi się dziś w światowych instytucjach finansowych i jak bezczelni, oraz bezkarni są złodzieje.

Myślę, że nie chodzi o kasę tylko o te metale które mieli ludziom wydać. Celente np. mówi, że kupił u nich złoto po 1400 i właśnie miał odbierać, gdy mu chuje zbankrutowali..
Myślisz że mu teraz wydadzą złoto? Wątpię... Będzie miał szczęście jak odzyska 100% kasy którą wydał na ten kontrakt ponad pół roku temu.

Podchodzę sobie wczoraj do bankomatu "Cash 4 You" (na jednej ze stacji
Metra), wkładam kartę, wciskam klawisze i wybieram wypłatę kilkuset
złotych - tj. o 1 zł mniej niż tyle ile dokładnie wiem, że mam na
koncie. Bankomat po standardowym komunikacie "łączenie się z twoim
bankiem", jakichś typowych odgłosach mechanicznych, wreszcie wyświetla
odpowiedź: "przepraszamy, bankomat teraz nie może wyłacić gotówki,
prosimy spróbować później, dziękujemy".
Idę więc do innego bankomatu, tym razem sieci EuroNet, chcę wypłacić
ponownie - JAKIEŻ MOJE ZDZIWIENIE kiedy otrzymuję info, że NIE MAM NIC
na koncie!
Potem, za godzinę, loguję się do portalu mbank.pl i widzę takie info:

Dzwonię do mLinii, o wszystkim mówię i konsultant wyjaśnia, że TO WINA
SIECI bankomatów "Cash 4 You". Otóż, bankomat <wirtualnie> wydał
dyspozycję do pobrania pieniędzy z mBanku i mBank przesłał te
pieniądze - LECZ bankomat FIZYCZNIE NIE WYPŁACIŁ "najprawdopodobniej z
powodu awarii".
Ja: "no dobrze ale ja poproszę o MOJE PIENIĄDZE".
Odpowiedź: "operacja musi przejść automatyczną procedurę zaksięgowania
po której pieniądze wrócą na Pana konto"
Pytam: "ale KIEDY otrzymam moje pieniądze bo PILNIE potrzebuję ich
teraz?"
Odpowiedź: "Procedura trwa 7 dni"
Ja: "Jestem teraz w podróży w obcym mieście i MUSZĘ zapłacić za pobyt

Good news: Jon Corzine’s missing $1.6 billion has been located

Somehow, the chief investment guru of the Obama Administration, former New Jersey governor, Democrat senator, and top Obama campaign contributor Jon Corzine – managed to lose $1.6 billion of his clients’ money, in the fiery crash of his MF Global corporation. During the extensive congressional investigations, the term “vaporized” was floated.

Apparently “vaporization” doesn’t mean jail time when you make a billion dollars disappear, which is probably for the best, since it would be tough on C-SPAN to cover Congress if they were all in prison.

Now CNN Money brings us the happy news that congressional investigators have tracked down the missing client funds. Unfortunately, the firm’s clients won’t be getting a big chunk of it back any time soon. Six months after MF Global collapsed, customers are said to have recovered about 70 percent of what they’re owed, and some of them might get to 80 percent following a recent bankruptcy court action. Strangely enough, there still isn’t any sign of orange jumpsuits for the persons responsible.

Ex-MF Global CEO and former New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine will reportedly not face criminal charges stemming from the collapse of the brokerage firm that he helmed.

Corzine is being sought by federal investigators for an interview, an indication that the case against the commodities firm that filed for bankruptcy last November is winding down, sources told the New York Times.

The former Garden State politician still could face scrutiny, the Times reported, but sources told the paper that prosecutors do not have a case against him after poring over scores of documents and two rounds of interview.

The trustee overseeing the liquidation of the firm said MF Global under Corzine was changed from a commodity firm to a global investment bank without installing the proper controls.

In the days before the company filed for bankruptcy, $200 million was transferred from customer accounts to the firm’s accounts to cover an overdraft. Investigators are still searching for $1.6 billion in missing client money.

The paper, citing people familiar with Corzine’s plans, says the former Garden State politician is considering starting a hedge fund.

Five years after MF Global's collapse after big, levered bets on European bonds blew up leaving a $1.6 billion shortfall in customer funds, WSJ reports former New Jersey Gov. and Goldman Sachs CEO Jon Corzine is nearing a deal to pay $5 million to end a U.S. regulator’s lawsuit.

Ending what The Wall Street Journal calls a long and messy chapter in a four-decade career which touched the pinnacles of Wall Street and politics...

Mr. Corzine reached the tentative settlement with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in June, submitting to a ban from trading client money in commodities and others assets regulated by the commission, the people said. A final deal has been on hold as the commission negotiates a resolution to its case against another former executive at MF Global, the people said. The terms may still shift ahead of a final deal, several people said.

Mr. Corzine has denied wrongdoing and said he never directed anyone to dip into customer funds.

Criminal prosecutors investigated the roles Mr. Corzine and other executives played in the shortfalls, but brought no charges. A federal judge approved a $132 million settlement between former MF Global executives, including Mr. Corzine, and the firm’s customers earlier this month, resolving most of the legal headaches stemming from MF Global. Only the CFTC case remained unresolved.

The CFTC sued Mr. Corzine and a top lieutenant in 2013 in a civil case and accused them of overseeing the misuse of nearly $1 billion in customer funds. In the lawsuit, regulators said Mr. Corzine “bears responsibility” for the New York firm’s unlawful actions and said the two violated the Commodity Exchange Act, which requires brokers to segregate customer funds.
