God's plan for Adam was for him to marry and raise children. Christians must observe His will by marrying and preserving the integrity of that marriage. Marriage is a sacrament; it is a divinely authored institution for human living. Divorce is prohibited "What God has joined, let no man tear asunder."
Marriage is sacred because it is the institution for bearing and raising children. For decades, European Christians have been told to use birth control, "plan" their pregnancies and abort their children. In retrospect, it now surely appears that all of this, from "the pill" to condoms to the abomination that is abortion, was and is inspired by Satan. There is no worse crime that killing your unborn child. It is a murder of a pure innocent, it is an abomination before God.
Moreover, "birth control" in whatever from, is a demonstrable evil because it attempts to place man in control over the continuation of human life, which is properly only under the governance of God. Some couples may have none or few children. Others are favored by God with many children. All children sent by God are welcome. No human being should intend at any time to prevent pregnancy and birth of God's children.
Demographically, European Christians have reaped what they have sown, or more accurately, have not sown. Our thirty years evil fascination with "birth control" and abortion has helped to transform us into a minority in our own country. Meanwhile, while our own numbers dwindled, our persecutors have used immigration as a demographic weapon against the Christian majority.
Divorce is immoral and should be illegal.
The Pharisees asked Jesus:
Is it lawful to divorce one's wife for any cause?
Jesus said:
Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female and said "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined to a wife and the two shall be one flesh... What therefore God has joined together let not man put asunder.
For hardness of heart Moses allowed you to divorce wives, but from the beginning it was not so.
Whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another, commits adultery.
Matthew 19:3-9
In the Catholic faith, marriage is a sacrament from God. Can you imagine undoing a baptism? It is impossible. Similarly, marriages cannot be dissolved. The teaching of Christ is superior to the teaching of Moses (Judaism).
Therefore, husbands and wives are married for life, and any attempt to divorce, i.e. marry or have relations with another, violates the Sixth Commandment. Marriage obligates a husband to love and protect his wife. Marriage requires that a wife obey her husband. Ephesians 5:22.
The requirement that wives obey their husbands is essential to the integrity of marriage. Neither government, nor church nor any other human institution can survive without one member having authority and another having the duty to obey.
The "liberalization" of divorce laws is part of the deChristianization of the United States. The intact human family of husband, wife and child is the basis for transmitting religion and culture from generation to generation. As long as the family is intact, beliefs and values will be transmitted effortlessly over time. When the family falls apart, those beliefs and values are not transmitted. The door is opened for government and other propagandists. Divorce allows government schools and corporate media to develop "mind control."
The New World Order desires to undermine the integrity of families for the same reason it attacks the sovereignty of nations - to ensure that nothing shall stand in its way.
Divorce leads to impoverishment. Men who could support themselves and a family are reduced to paupers by divorce. Court ordered child support requires a man to support two households. On the average salary, this is impossible. The constant threat of divorce and impoverishment by means of court-ordered child support is a powerful deterrent to having children. Of course, this is intended, and is yet another population control device used by the New World Order.
Christians have a lot of making up to do, and penance for these sins shall consist in making things right, if God allows it. Let many Christian children be born, and let their numbers swell as a mighty generation is raised to take back what was taken from their parents

Taxes
Taxes support poltical elites and interest payments support financial elites. Therefore, in eXile, we shall endeavor to pay as little of each as is legally possible.
Currently, the federal government taxes people's incomes, not their property. Therefore, make sure your annual income is low.
What is income? The law defines it as "Any accretion to wealth, from whatever source derived." Theoretically, income need not be in the form of dollars, but can consist of the value of goods and services provided to you.
What is not income? Property you already own is not income. Property you create for yourself with your own labor is not income. Gifts or inheritances to you are not income. Goods or services rendered to you by family or friends are not income, as these are considered gifts.
In a world governed by Christian charity, there would be no income. A man, using property he already has, can support himself. He raises crops and livestock for food. He hunts for food - the venison he eats is not income. He can heat and power his home with sun and wind and timber. Clothing can be had for the asking. It is routinely given away.
A man can give whatever surplus he has to a neighbor - an act of Christian charity. That is not income to his neighbor. A man receives housekeeping and childrearing services from his wife, but that is not income. A wife receives support from her husband, but that is not income. Children receive support and perform chores, but they neither receive nor pay income to anyone. A man's community is his insurance. The Amish help one another build their barns. In the event of fire or flood, his neighbors render charitable assistance. He needs no "paid insurance," which by the way, often fails to pay its holder. He needs no "dollars" to pay for insurance.
Some things require income. Feed and Seed used to be advance on credit, but you may have to pay for them in "dollars." Ammunition, new tools and equipment may have to be purchased.
But learn this lesson well. It is perfectly possible, and in fact used to be routine, that a man and his family could survive on little or no income.
Traditional Americans survived on a small holding of wealth, usually unmortgaged land. Their economic activity was land-based: farming, hunting, fishing, logging. Others applied labor and skills to the usufructs of land: grocers, millers, carpenters, craftsman, butchers and refiners.
Land-based economic activity creates local commerce, as opposed to interstate commerce or international trade. Land-based economic activity leads to the economic independence of the individual and his community. Economic independence leads to political independence.
The modern lifestyle is different. Farming and other land based activities like hunting and logging are eschewed. Men seek out "professional careers." These careers require people to leave their homes and live in urban centers. In exchange, they are paid wages or salaries. Every penny is income. Every penny is taxed. One third of your wage or salary goes directly to the government and you don't get it back unless they say its OK. Most people pay more than income taxes to the federal government - property taxes, sales taxes and State income taxes. Many of the State and local taxes are the result of "unfunded mandates," legislation by which the higher level government mandates but does not fund lower level government programs.
In New York State, for example, the State's average income is $33,564. This is a bare subsistence income. Total federal, state and local taxes on such an income average $12,452. [1] Thus, the total tax rate on a subsistence income is 37%. This leaves a take home pay of $21,112 - barely above the poverty line for a family of four.
But taxes on your income is just the beginning, because the remaining "income" you receive for your labor is insufficient to operate your urban household. Your wife must work outside the home. The services she used to render to you and your family must be done by someone else. Restaurants cook for you. Maids clean for you. Laundries wash for you. And schools and day care centers watch your children. When your wife performed these services, the services weren't income and the value of the services weren't taxed. But now the value of these services are performed by others, whom you must pay with your income, Now the value of these services to you are taxed, because the income you and your wife use to pay for them is taxed.
Soon, even though you are making more income, you have no money, because all your income is heavily taxed and you are trading your family's time and services for income. You earn income, pay taxes and pay others to provide services to you. You have no time, no money, and no wealth.
And since you have no money or wealth, you can't afford to buy very much of what you need to live. A little land and a house, for example. And so you must borrow the money to buy it. And borrowing money leads to the other great expense of the modern American lifestyle - interest.
Interest
You must pay interest to borrow the money you need that your income won't allow you to have.
If you were able to save the money you use to pay taxes, you would soon have enough money to buy the land without borrowing. But since you have income and pay all the taxes, you must borrow the money to buy the land.
And so, in addition to paying for services and paying high taxes, most "modern people" pay high interest. "Usury", like "totalitarianism", is a term ubiquitous in practice, but seldom spoken. Most States criminalize usury at 25%. [2]
Banks receive money from the Federal Reserve at a discount rate of approximately 5%. They lend money on credit card accounts at 21%, 4% short of usury. The 16% spread is legalized loansharking. Paying such interest impoverishes the individual.
To add insult to injury, tax deductions for interest were recently abolished. Now, you are taxed on every dollar you use to pay interest and every dollar of interest you pay buys you nothing to keep.
So even though this is difficult for most of us, we must live beneath our means (frugality) and save money, so we won't have to borrow money and pay interest.
Those who have already managed to accumulate some money may wish to consider buying real wealth - land, and the right to use it. Land is in increasingly short supply. The federal governemnt has embarked on major land acquisition and land regulation ventures. It is deemed inconsequential that this venture violates the Constitution, which specifically limits Congress's exclusive terrirtorial jurisdiction to 10 square miles plus necessary military bases purchased from consenting States. United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 8.
Governments now own more than 40% of the total land area of the United States. The federal government now wishes to tell its citizens how they may use the remaining 60%. [3]

Any observant, informed spectator of the farce that is contemporary politics understands that elections decide nothing. The "Democrats" and the "Republicans" agree on almost everything and pretend to disagree on the remainder.
For example, the Democrats and Republicans both sponsor an omnipotent federal government, high income and payroll taxes, low or non-existent investment and wealth taxes, massive immigration, Federal Reserve control of wages and salaries, military interventionism on behalf of the United Nations, "free trade" and monetary policies that annihilate farmers and manufacturing workers, "affirmative action" and "set-asides," i.e., legalized discrimination against Male Christian European-Americans.
Democrats and Republicans pretend to disagree about issues like abortion, homosexuality, and labor interests. Each party is allowed to voice positions that enable party to attract and co-opt a constituency of voters on that issue. Republicans pretend to be pro-life to get pro-life voters. Democrats pretend to support the labor interests to get union voters. Of course, each party's leaders never allow these "positions" to interfere with actual government policies. Republicans routinely vote to confirm federal judges who support abortion. Democrats routinely vote to subvert labor interests, such as the May 2000 vote on "normal trade relations" for Communist China.
State governments work much the same way. State governments decide relatively little of importance these days. Mostly, they are the custodians of federal tax rebates as long as they cooperate with federal policymakers.
Those in eXile will not concern themselves with national politics or federal policymaking, such as "Supreme Court decisions" or Acts of Congress.
The boundaries of eXile's political concerns are confined to the county government and its apparatus of enforcement. The eXile will seek to elect County Sheriffs, County Judges, County District Attorneys and County Clerks who oppose the federal agenda.
While Christians have become a minority in their own country, they may nonetheless constitute a political majority on the local level by migration to and settlement of specific counties. This "pooling" of our political franchise into certain, select localities will allow us to control county elections, where much of the enforcement power in the United States still resides.
While national and state political policymaking target local populations, it relies on local and county officials to enforce those policies. The reason is that federal and state policymaking is a relatively recent development in American politics. Until 1912 or so, the vast bulk of policymaking occurred on the local level.
As a leftover from that time, the apparatus of enforcement remains at the local level. Criminal courts and Family Courts are presided by Judges elected or appointed at the local level. Juries are drawn from local populations. District Attorneys, County Sheriffs and County Clerks are elected or appointed locally. These officials are responsible for enforcing the edicts made in Washington and your State capital. The degree of enforcement or non-enforcement is largely a matter of their discretion.
The power of citizens to change federal and therefore State policy is nil. The power of citizens to challenge the enforcement of those policies remains, because the enforcement of those policies lies in the hands of officials at the local and county levels of government. And by pooling their political franchise into a few select counties, Christians in exile can politically control the level of enforcement, or non-enforcement, of those policies.
Already, in some Western States, local communities and their leaders are "just saying no" to federal judges. The flashpoints are predictable: Land and Water. In Nevada, States' rights activists are squaring off in armed confrontation with the Bureau of Land Managment. [1] In Spokane, Washington, local irrigation officials say they won't obey a federal judge's order to turn off the water supply. [2] The federal judge, Fred Van Sickle, says that farmers must do without water to protect the Chinook salmon. The farmers disagree.
Of course, our imperial federal government has its own Schutzstaffen of law enforcement personnel - the infamous "alphabet gangs" FBI, BATF, DEA, IRS, and others. They pledge allegiance to none but their federal overseers, and are in no way democratically accountable to local populations.
Please realize that though their numbers have swelled over the past twenty years, they nonetheless constitute a small proportion of all law enforcement officers in the United States. As of mid-1996, the number of armed federal agents with arrest power was 74,500, [3] about one agent per 3200 United States residents.
More importantly, federal law enforcement agents need the cooperation of local law enforcement agents in order to be effective. While federal agents assert jurisdiction over anything they want, they also usually ask for the consent of County Sheriffs before undertaking major actions. Recently, in Wyoming, county sheriffs demanded that all federal law enforcement officials must clear their activities with a Sheriff's office. [4]
Bighorn County Sheriff Dale Mattis stated:
If a Sheriff doesn't want the Feds in his county he has the constitutional power and right to keep then out or ask them to leave or retain them in custody.
Remarkably, Sheriff Mattis's position was upheld by a federal district court judge, which held that Mattis and other Sheriffs had the right to inspect BATF records and ensure that the BATF was not engaging in gun registration. In Wyoming, gun registration is against the law.
Many local law enforcement agents dislike their federal counterparts, for a variety of reasons. Feds are notorious for grandstanding and profiteering from their "law enforcement" activities. The feds skim the cream - moneyed tax and drug criminals, financial criminals. They leave the dregs - the dirty and difficult tasks of policing violent crime - to local law enforcement Local law enforcement gets to deal with the real criminals - robbers, burglars, and murderers.
Feds often unnecessarily employ heavy-handed militaristic tactics such as those seen at Waco and Ruby Ridge. Many in local law enforcement are unsympathetic to the need to use this type of excessive force against non-violent offenders. Especially when it is the feds who are first to betray and prosecute local law enforcement officers who use excessive force in policing violent street criminals.
To some in state law enforcement, the "federal criminal justice system" seems unfair. The use of wiretaps and informants is routine, and replaces good policework. Suspects are routinely denied bail. Sentences can be draconian, especially if the defendant exercises his right to a trial. Local law enforcement is used to working to get their convictions.
The culture of federal law enforcement is very different from local law enforcement. The local law enforcement officer relies on citizens to assist him in catching real criminals. He routinely works with the public and over time develops personal friendships with the citizens of his community. This seems entirely natural to him - they are the many law abiding citizens he is trying to protect from the few criminals. He is a fellow citizen of his local community.
The federal law enforcement officer is different. His agenda is not democratic or popular. He prosecutes "white collar criminals" for financial and tax crimes. Many are regarded locally as upright hardworking citizens. Gun dealers are ensnared by networks of federal gun regulations. The federal agent enforces them by criminal prosecution. The local law enforcement officer used to be the first to defend the right of legally armed citizens to defend themselves from criminals.
Because the federal law enforcement officer prosecutes people to please the government, and not his fellow citizens, he is often an unpopular fellow, even among other law enforcement officers. Distance from the community and secrecy about his personal life are his hallmarks - secrecy because he can't trust his fellow citizens; distance because one day he might prosecute them. Some apparently upright citizens will be his targets, those who are unsympathetic to the federal government's agenda - his agenda. His overseers often transfer him to bureaus around the country. He is not supposed to develop many friendships in the local community. Someday he may have to prosecute a community leader. Indeed, the feds often target prominent people for prosecution in order to intimidate the citizen-lemmings who follow them. If prominent people are not safe from federal prosecution, how vulnerable must I be, thinks the citizen-lemming. The feds know he thinks that way.
The exploitation of this unpopularity is a chief objective of the eXile.
The eXile will seek to elect local and county law enforcement that is hostile to the federal law enforcement agenda. The two county sheriffs who successfully challenged the Brady Bill in court - Richard Mack of Arizona and Jay Pringle of Montana - are model county sheriffs for every County in the eXile. So is Bighorn County Sheriff Dale Mattis. By electing and aligning ourselves with Sheriffs and other county government officials, members of the eXile will render local enforcement of federal policymaking a nullity.
In the Counties of the eXile, courts will no longer encourage wives to stray from their husbands. Confiscatory child support will not be ordered. Private, church-supervised arbitration of family disputes will be allowed. Taxes may not be collected. Social security numbers may not be recorded. Drivers' licenses may be granted upon passing a driving test. Public school funding, and its propaganda curriculum, may falter and even disappear. The government's initiatives against the family, clan and church shall not be moved.
Soon, on this website, you may be able to register anonymously as a citizen of the eXile in selected counties. Registrations will allow the community to gauge its numbers and strength. Winning elections comes after that.
Then, we shall proceed to govern ourselves, county by county.
