Instances of police violence reported by trained human rights observers and witnesses include:
-Witnesses report the use of tasers by police from the beginning of the eviction
-Police forced entry onto the site by using sledgehammers to break down a wall of a fully legal plot on the edge of the site. This is not only in violation of court order and constitutes criminal damage, but it is also highly dangerous. Vulnerable and elderly residents had stayed on that plot expecting to be safe as it is protected through court decisions, and were highly traumatised as police sledgehammered through the wall. At least two women residents sustained head injuries.

-Severe injuries of residents and protesters have been witnessed by human rights observers and the press. One woman sustained such serious injuries from police that she had to be admitted to hospital.
- The plot of a resident who needs a breathing machine to survive has had it’s electricity cut.
Natalie Fox, a spokesperson for Dale Farm Solidarity supporter group, said,
“Far from being the dignified eviction that Basildon Council is claiming, this is set to be one of the most brutal evictions on record. The Council know that there are elderly and vulnerable people on site, as well as children, but they have gone in with a full frontal and brutal approach which is already resulting in injuries. W niedzielę kler i demonstrujący "oburzeni" prowadzili rozmowy w celu uniknięcia przemocy w związku z miasteczkiem namiotowym.

Jutro w Wlk. Brytanii studenci znów masowo wyjdą na ulice w proteście przeciwko drastycznym podwyżkom opłat za studia.
Scotland Yard ujawnił wczoraj, że autoryzowane zostało użycie strzelby typu "baton gun", typu broni która ma na swoim koncie ofiary śmiertelne, i policja jest przygotowana do użycia plastikowych pocisków.
Tak jak w marcu `68 w Polsce, maju `70 w USA, czy w czerwcu `89 w Chinach, tak i teraz władze nie wahają się strzelać do ludzi którzy stanowią przyszłość narodu, po raz kolejny potwierdzając wysoki poziom ignorancji względem społeczeństwa.
Wyrażając swoje zdanie,studenci narażają się na kule policji.
Pomimo tego, władze wciąż uporczywie twierdzą że system szkolnictwa stawia na indywidualne myślenie.
W rzeczywistości jednak każdy przejaw indywidualnego myślenia i oceny sytuacji w kluczowych kwestiach spotyka się z krytyką, reprymendą i karą.
Interpretacja wniosków inna niż narzucona nie jest akceptowana, a postawa wyrażająca odmienne zdanie korygowana jest przemocą.

COUNCIL bosses have admitted blocking emails to officers and councillors from one of City of York Council’s most vociferous critics.
Quantity surveyor Paul Cordock, a campaigner against the authority’s affordable housing policies, has formally complained after discovering his emails were not getting to their intended recipients.
He claims he suffered a serious infringement of his democratic and civil rights, and believed the “shoddy treatment” was an attempt to silence his criticism of the council’s “abject failure” over housing policy.
But a spokesman for the council told The Press he was now able to email staff and councillors. The spokesman said: “It is important for residents to consider the language used within their emails and also the frequency with which they send them.”
Andy Docherty, assistant director for governance and ICT, told Mr Cordock in an email that his email access to the council had been blocked as a result of his earlier “abuse of the system”. He said: “You should have been advised of this but it appears that this did not happen. I apologise for this oversight.”
He said the original request to block the emails followed a number sent over a period of time which seemed to be intended to insult and, in some cases, to attack the integrity of individuals.
Mr Docherty said: “That is an abuse of the system.
“Our expectation is that you do not send excessive numbers of e-mails or emails which are repetitious. It is also our expectation that you do not make personal attacks on individuals in any emails you send.”
But Mr Cordock said he categorically rejected the abuse-insult allegation.
He said: “Councillors are elected representatives and public servants who serve the electorate, and they should be prepared to accept criticism on their policies from residents who are dissatisfied.
“My emails have in no way been as you characterise them; they were not insulting or abusive to the individuals personally. They were critical of the stance that those individuals and the council took on points of policy.”

Nie zapominajmy też o tym, że po wejściu do UE niemała część z 2 mln emigrantów z Polski zasiliła kadry brytyjskich szpitali. Liczba owa była na tyle duża, że ci lekarze co pozostali w Polsce momentalnie przestali narzekać na zarobki

Efekt rządów liberałów z konserwatystami... cięcia w służbie zdrowia i nagrody dla bankierów.
Dziś też podano, że sąd nakazał rządowi wywalić do koszta ustawę o "powrocie do pracy".
Ustawa ta zobowiązywała pewne osoby na zasiłkach do podjęcia darmowych praktyk w firmach tupu McDonalds czy PoundLand. Celem utrzymania gotowości do pracy. Odmowa groziła utratą zasiłku. Do sądu sprawę wniosła pewna studentka, która tak był zatrudniona w Poundland. Sąd przyznał jej rację, że jest to wykorzystanie taniej czy nawet darmowej i niewolniczej siły roboczej do generowania zysków prywatnym firmom, uznając to za sprzeczne z prawem.
Rządy konserwatystów z liberałami zawsze oznaczają zacofanie i biedę. Wystarczy spojrzeć na Polskę.
The BBC is being challenged strongly for its refusal to present to the British public the available scientific evidence which contradicts the official version of events of 9/11. Thank you very much to all those who have sent letters to their MPs asking that the BBC be held to account for withholding this evidence that the public must be allowed to see.

This court case is based around Tony making a stand and refusing to pay his TV licence fee under Section 15 of The Terrorism Act 2000 Article 3 which states that it is offence to provide funds if there is a reasonable cause to suspect that those funds may be used for the purposes of terrorism. The BBC has withheld scientific evidence which clearly demonstrates that the official version of events of 9/11 is not possible and could not have been carried out in entirety by those who have been accused by our officials. In addition, the BBC has actively blocked and smeared those attempting to bring this evidence to the public. By doing this the BBC are supporting a cover-up of the true events of 9/11 and are therefore supporting those terrorist elements who were involved in certain aspects of 9/11 who have not yet been identified and held to account. A new and independent investigation is required to determine what really did occur on 9/11, and by whom, otherwise these unidentified terrorist elements will remain free to potentially commit further terrorist activities.
Tony has been charged with a crime for not paying his TV licence fee, however, he has lodged a legal challenge to this charge and has now been successful in being granted an appearance in a Magistrate’s court where he has three hours available to present his evidence to defend himself against the charge. Professor Niels Harrit
Niels Harrit is a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Copenhagen and is one of the world’s leading experts on the scientific evidence which contradicts the official story of 9/11. Professor Harrit's team of scientists proved that there was nano-thermite residue (high tech military explosive) all through the dust of all three towers and he got this study peer reviewed and published in an official scientific journal. He is also an expert on the other aspects of scientific evidence indicating controlled demolition of the three towers. He was involved in a major interview with the BBC in 2011 where the BBC clearly attempted to harass and discredit Professor Harrit rather than look at the devastating scientific evidence he had to offer. Professor Harrit's team have video footage of this harassment and highly inappropriate conduct by the BBC both on camera and off camera as part of that interview.
Tony Farrell
Tony Farrell is a former Intelligence Analyst for South Yorkshire Police Department. In 2010 he was fired because he felt compelled by his conscience to tell the truth in his official report and state that due to his extensive analysis of 9/11 and the 7/7 London bombings, the greatest terrorist threat to the public did not come from Islamic extremists but from internal sources within the US and British establishment. He is now dedicating his life to helping to expose the truth and he is challenging his dismissal through international court. Brytyjski urząd podatkowy (HMRC) po raz pierwszy opublikował na swojej stronie internetowej listę osób - wraz nazwami i adresami firm, które prowadzą - celowo uchylających się od uregulowania zobowiązań podatkowych.
Na początek opublikowano listę 9 nazwisk, głównie drobnych, prywatnych biznesmanów z różnych rejonów kraju m.in. właściciela zakładu fryzjerskiego, producenta dzianiny, handlarza warzywami oraz sprzedawcy win.
Każda z osób na liście winna jest HMRC co najmniej 25 tys. funtów. Łączna suma ich zaległych zobowiązań to 1,45 mln funtów. Urząd prowadził wobec nich dochodzenie; w większości zaniżali źródła przychodów lub je ukrywali.
HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) skrytykowano za to, że stosuje podwójną miarę - piętnuje drobny biznes zamiast energiczniej egzekwować zobowiązania podatkowe dużych korporacji dysponujących całymi sztabami doradców, co pozwala im wykorzystywać luki w prawie.
Przewodnicząca komisji finansów publicznych Izby Gmin Margaret Hodge uznała wprawdzie opublikowanie takiej "czarnej listy" za pozytywny krok, wyraziła jednak nadzieję, że praktyka ta będzie stosowana również wobec dużych przedsiębiorstw.
"Opinię publiczną złości to, że duże korporacje agresywnie unikają zobowiązań podatkowych. To tam są duże pieniądze i HMRC powinien w swych działaniach pójść dalej" – zaznaczyła Hodge, cytowana przez portal "Financial Times".
Komisja finansów publicznych Izby Gmin pod jej kierownictwem napiętnowała wcześniej uniki podatkowe znanych międzynarodowych korporacji m.in. Starbucks i Amazon.
HMRC będzie weryfikował i uzupełniał listę raz na kwartał. "Opublikowanie nazwisk to wyraźny sygnał, że oszustwa podatkowe będą miały przykre konsekwencje dla tych, którzy się ich dopuszczają" – wskazał w wypowiedzi dla BBC minister stanu w resorcie finansów David Gauke.
Skutkiem umieszczenia kogoś na czarnej liście jest to, że musi się liczyć z tym, iż jego zeznania podatkowe w okresie kilku lat będą bardzo skrupulatnie rozliczane, by zapobiec "podatkowej recydywie".
