Swedish police, military and Interpol will be guarding deliveries of GlaxoSmithKline "swine flu" vaccine when they arrive in Malmö in Sweden in September in an operation involving unprecedented security.

The exact date of the deliveries from the GSK factory in Wavre in Belgium and the precise place where the ships will dock is to be kept secret "for security reasons", according to a report in Sweden.

Security measures can be extensive when the first batches of swine flu vaccines reach Sweden. Both Rikskriminalen (State Police), Försvarsmakten (Swedish Military), Säpo (Security Police) and Interpol are involved.

In the middle of September, the first vaccine deliveries are believed to be coming to Malmö in the south of Sweden from the factory in Belgian Wavre. Exactly when and where is to be kept secret - for security reasons. In Malmö, the vaccine is sorted into 21 different shipments, one for each region (landsting). A few weeks later, the first vaccinations will hopefully start.

"- There is no immediate threat today against the shipments. But at the same time there will need to be a contingency plan ready for extraordinary events like attempts of theft or attack. Right now a lot of work is being done to create such a plan", says Ann-Marie Dellner who works for Stockholms läns landsting, a Swedish medical authority. She is responsible for the purchase of the vaccine transports for the different regions in Sweden.

She establishes that the demand controls the value of the vaccine, which can become invaluable or worthless. "-It all depends on how the pandemic develops and how many are getting vaccinated before the disease spreads". The Swedish Post has been assigned as distributor of the vaccine and will ship it to all districts. "-The Post is already delivering 80% of all pharmaceuticals and already have all the needed equipment necessary for the refrigerated transports", says Ann-Marie Dellner.

Örebro län (a region in Sweden) will receive 41 500 doses per week for three months and 42 000 doses the last week if everything goes as planned. In this region the vaccine will be delivered to the hospital pharmacy in USÖ. From there it will be transported to local care centers and the hospitals in Karlskoga and Lindesberg. The deliveries will be made by the state pharmacy supplier, Apoteket, which normally runs deliveries around the district for pharmaceutical products. "- The Post offered to also run thos deliveries but why complicate things when we already have a functioning system", says epidemiologist Hans Fredlund. He sees no problems with the deliveries. It is only short transports in which the vaccine easily can be kept cool in normal hand held coolers. "- We are fortunate that Örebro is in the middle of the region. I can imagine that it will be more troublesome in the northen parts of Sweden", says Hans Fredlund. "- the thought crossed our minds that there might be an interest to steal the vaccine, but it is relatively few doses, so that is hard to imagine. We have not taken any precauthionary measures."

Using technology originally developed for mass disasters, Boston disease trackers are embarking on a novel experiment - one of the first in the country - aimed at eventually creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination.

The resulting vaccination map would allow swift intervention in neighborhoods left vulnerable to the fast-moving respiratory illness.

The trial starts this afternoon,(09-18-09) when several hundred people are expected to queue up for immunizations at the headquarters of the Boston Public Health Commission. Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. Information about the vaccine’s recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.

Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ.

“Anything you can do to better pinpoint who’s vaccinated and who’s not, that’s absolutely vital,” said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. “I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing.”

Sept. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Beijing’s government locked down the Chinese capital today, restricting road and subway traffic and shut hundreds of shops as the military rehearses for Oct. 1 parades to mark the 60th anniversary of the People’s Republic.

Soho China Ltd.’s Newtown, on a street corner where tanks must pass en route the celebrations on Tiananmen Square, asked tenants of all 1,897 apartments and 283 offices to vacate from noon until midnight. All 48 shops in the community were ordered to be shut.

“We’re not taking any chances,” said Ye Yongqun, a spokesman for the Jianguomenwai public security bureau in Beijing, which ordered the lockdown. “The police will do everything within its power to ensure public safety and security.”

China’s Communist Party plans to spend 300 million yuan ($44 million) to celebrate 60 years of its rule in the world’s most populous country, staging an extravaganza to boost public confidence as economic growth languishes at its slowest pace in a decade. Vice President Xi Jinping, who oversees the festivities, must ensure a successful show to secure his advancement in the party to succeed Hu Jintao as China’s head of state at the end of 2012.

Sixty years make up a “jiazi,” a unit of calculation in the lunar calendar that signifies the end of a period and the beginning of another cycle.

“Politicians would want to make a splash to capture the auspiciousness of the new cycle, where there is growth and advancement,” said Li Chaoyuan, a geomancer and member of the Chinese I-Ching Science & Culture Association.

Malls Shut

At about 3 p.m., the Oriental Plaza shopping mall along Changan Avenue, built by Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing and Orient Overseas International Ltd., has already been shut. McDonald’s Corp.’s outlet and Tiffany & Co.’s store at the mall were shuttered.

On Oct. 1, as many as 5,000 soldiers will goose-step their way along Changan Avenue past the southern gate of the Forbidden City, in front of Tiananmen Square. Hundreds of tanks and armored vehicles will rumble down the road, which has six lanes running each way at its widest stretch in front of the piazza.

The People’s Liberation Army will display 52 types of new weapons including unmanned aerial vehicles and China’s homemade aircraft with aerial advance warning radar, state news agency Xinhua said.

The PLA has conducted 13 parades since it emerged victorious in 1949 in a civil war, most recently in 1999, when Jiang Zemin’s Red Flag limousine drove past a guard of honor to mark the 50th anniversary of Communist Party rule.

Big Turnout

As many as 200,000 people will take part in the Oct. 1 parade, the start of a week of public holidays. A flotilla of 60 vehicles bedecked with flowers and LED displays showcasing six decades of China’s scientific, technological and economic achievements will follow the military review.

On Tiananmen Square, scene of a military crackdown of student protesters in 1989, a gala evening concert will be held with 60,000 people taking part.

Fifty-six pillars have been erected around the piazza, signifying the major ethnic groups that make up China’s population. Fireworks will be set off from the square from 12 locations, creating images of smiling faces and 60 doves symbolizing peace, according to Xinhua News Agency.

For its rehearsals, the Beijing government is shutting off several major avenues leading into the city center. Subway services that traverse along Changan Avenue will be halted from 4 p.m. today.

‘Major Hassle’

“It’s a major hassle of unprecedented proportions, making the 2008 Olympic Games preparations look like child’s play,” said Wang Ye, who runs a Web-site design business at Soho Newtown. “The authorities want to guarantee that the preparations go off without a hitch.”

Tens of thousands of police and army personnel have been deployed to ensure security. Last night, a knife-wielding man stabbed two to death in a shopping area near Tiananmen Square, according to Xinhua. A South China Morning Post report cited eyewitnesses as saying the two victims were killed by three attackers on a rampage.

At the Jianguomenwai Diplomatic Apartments facing Changan Avenue, residents were requested to avoid having guests over between Sept. 30 and noon on Oct. 1, according to a notice by management. Residents must carry a special security pass starting Sept. 20 to enter the compound.

Three flu shot manufacturers were licensed by the FDA last week.

"3.4 million doses of vaccines will be available," said Dr. Jay Butler, who heads the 2009 H1N1 Vaccine Task Force at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

"All of that vaccine is the inhalable vaccine," he said Friday.

That form of vaccine is marketed in the United States as FluMist and is approved only for healthy individuals between the ages of 2 and 49. Pregnant women are not allowed to get this type of vaccine because it contains a live virus.

The 3.4 million doses of vaccine that will be shipped at the beginning of October are the first of 195 million doses the U.S. government has purchased from five vaccine manufacturers, Butler said.

Last week, the Food and Drug Administration licensed the vaccine from four of those companies. Sanofi Pasteur, Novartis and CSL Limited all manufacture flu shots, and MedImmune manufactures the inhalable vaccine. GlaxoSmithkline, which also is producing injectable flu vaccine, still needs to have its vaccine approved by the agency.

Health officials report that the new H1N1 flu virus has not changed from what was seen earlier this year, so they are expecting the vaccine to be very effective.

In some parts of the country, the vaccine can't some soon enough. The deputy director of the CDC's Influenza Division, Dr. Daniel Jernigan, said 21 states are now reporting widespread flu activity.

"It's a very strange thing for us to see that amount of influenza at this time of year" rather than much later in the flu season.

Until the vaccine becomes available, health officials have recommended steps that people can take to cut their chance of getting sick or, for those already sick, prevent the spread of the flu, including frequent handwashing, sneezing into a tissue or sleeve rather than into one's hand, and staying home when sick.

"This 'partnership' controls biotechnology research and development globally. NMC chief executive and registrar Kathy George said they were writing to more than 90,000 nurses and midwives whose registration has lapsed in the last four years "encouraging" them to consider re-applying.

Labour health spokesman Dr Richard Simpson MSP said it was "absolutely vital" the time available was used to prepare for a potential second wave of flu cases. He said: "In a worst-case scenario, GPs could be dealing with over 5,000 extra cases per week."

To raczej nie chodzi o grupę etniczną, lecz o tradycje związane z odżywianiem. Ogródki działkowe już dawno wytępiono na zachodzie i jedynym źródłem zaopatrzenia w żywność są sklepy. To samo robi się u nas, ale nie dajmy się i nie pozwólmy tego zniszczyć.

VeriChip shares jump after H1N1 patent license win

The Civil Continegencies Act (CCA) explicity states a pandemic would constitute an emergency for the purposes of the CCA.

Also, the Information commissioner states that the Department of Health Immunisation Branch holds no information about any known side-effects of the swine flu vaccine.

1. A complete list of the ingredients of the vaccine being purchased by the UK Government for the H1N1 influenza

The Department of Health does not hold this information. It is the manufacturer’s responsibility to provide this information to the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) as part of licensing requirements.

3. The suppliers of the H1N1 influenza vaccine to the UK Government

The Department has a contract with two companies to supply vaccine – Baxter and GSK.

Please note, the three questions that follow were framed as clarifications, and as such, we can only offer broad-based advice.

4. Clarification of whether or not the UK Government has, in any circumstances such as a national state of emergency, the legal authority (under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 or other legislation) to order mandatory vaccination for all citizens and if so what measures could be taken against individuals who refuse the H1N1 vaccine for themselves and/or their children. Also clarification of which parts of the United Kingdom for which the UK Government has the authority to introduce mandatory vaccination.

The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 provides a framework to enable the government to take exceptional powers to help deal with the most serious of emergencies. Any use would be evaluated on a case by case basis and subject to a robust set of safeguards. Before powers under the Civil Contingencies Act can be considered they must pass the triple lock mechanism set out under the Act itself, essentially these are that:

1. An emergency that threatens serious damage to human welfare, the environment or security has occurred, is occurring or is about to occur;
2. It is necessary to make provision urgently in order to resolve the emergency, as existing powers are insufficient and it is not possible to bring forward legislation in the usual way because of the need to act urgently; and
3. The emergency regulations are proportionate to the aspect or effect of the emergency that they are directed at.

In addition, any use of emergency powers must be compatible with the Human Rights Act 1998.

Any use of emergency regulations would be made by the Queen by Order in Council or by a senior Minister in cases of urgency and would need to be endorsed by Parliament. If the regulations were to apply in the area of a Devolved Administration, there are requirements to consult with that Administration; the Devolved Administrations do not have the authority themselves under the CCA to introduce such a scheme.

While it might theoretically be possible to introduce a mandatory vaccination scheme in some exceptional circumstances under the CCA, there are no plans to do so in response to the swine flu outbreak. Everyone has a right to refuse the swine flu vaccine and where a child is too young to consent themselves to being vaccinated, the right to decide rests with the person with parental responsibility.

5. Clarification of whether any (and which) international organisations (such as the E.U. and the World Health Organisation) would have the authority to override UK Government policy in the event of an H1N1 influenza pandemic.

Under the International Health Regulations (IHR), the WHO may issue standing and temporary recommendations to State parties, which includes the UK. Whilst it is expressly stated in the IHR that recommendations may cover requiring vaccination, all recommendations issued by the WHO are not binding on the State parties. Hence, the UK would not be legally obliged to comply with any recommendation issued by WHO which related to compulsory vaccination.

The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 was recent amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 to enable the UK government to enact WHO recommendations, in line with the International Health Regulations. However, the one part of the IHR that was rejected was the ability to require medical treatment. The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 Part 2 Section 45E explicitly prohibits regulations from requiring a person to undergo medical treatment including vaccination and other prophylactic treatment.

The EU only has authority to act in respect of matters devolved to it through the EU treaty. The EU Treaty does not enable the EU to bring forward binding legislation in respect of compulsory vaccination.

6. Clarification of whether or not (and under what circumstances) martial law could be imposed in the United Kingdom in the event of a disease pandemic, whether martial law could be used to administer vaccines by force (i.e. under physical restraint) if people refuse vaccination and (where applicable) what impact this would have on the authority of devolved administrations.

You asked about whether or not martial law could be imposed in the United Kingdom in the event of a disease pandemic. Martial law can be defined as that state of affairs which exists in time of war, when the Crown by proclamation, or by notice issued by the military authorities, warns the public that certain offences will be tried and punished by a military court. Consequently martial law is not relevant in the circumstance of a flu pandemic.

Could you find yourself with tens or even millions of other people cut off from food, water and communications with the outside world in a Containment Zone with perimeter guards as well as exit points guarded by WHO/UN soldiers in the event of a pandemic?

A WHO document from 2007 discusses the way to set up "Containment Zones" with a "legally-enforced restriction of movement along the entire boundary of the Containment Zone", physical blocks and surveillance.

The Zones "should be the largest possible area that can be created and feasibly maintained and must be large enough to surround all known persons infected by pandemic influenza and as many of the people in frequent contact with them," says the document.

Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the “Westwood standoff”) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.

Professor Moshe had called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii. Photographic evidence that Moshe is who he says he is can be found here.

Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe’s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.

Does this sound like an insane conspiracy theory? Sure it does. Due to the scarcity and anonimity of the sources we would dismiss it as exactly that, if it weren’t for some uncomfortable facts: Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations. This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.

Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days. The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a “mistake”. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial – they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a “vaccine”.

Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people – dozens died as a result.

Where’s the meat? Well – Baxter is now being sued for the deliberate, repeated contamination of vaccines with biological weapons designed – by them – to mass-murder people. Here is the complaint (PDF). By some kook nutcase? Not likely – Jane Burgermeister is an experienced, respected journalist. She is not the only one suing Baxter for planning and executing a plan for global genocide: Other are filing complaints as well. Read a well-researched complaint here (PDF).

Motive? The latter complaint alludes to it. Have you heard of the Georgia Guidestones? An enormous monument loaded with Masonic symbolism costing millions of dollars, it has been erected by unknown, powerful elites (multimillionaires with the clout to erect monuments wherever they please, obviously) around 30 years ago. It gives an “alternative ten commandments”, of which the first is the extermination of six and a half billion people from the face of the Earth. Half a billion will remain. This is the number of people the planet can sustain indefinitely, so that the descendents of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers can live in peace and affluence indefinitely. Slaves are needed to produce that luxury, but 500 million will do just fine. But how does one go about killing off most of the world?

“Vaccinating” the planet with a bioweapon with near-100% mortality would do the trick. Baxter would provide both the bioweapon as well as the vaccine against it to “civilized” Western peoples. Result: We can plunder Africa, we have no more competition from SE Asia, the oil is for our taking and only Western and perhaps Chinese sheeple remain.

Rockefeller said this in 1994 at a U.N. dinner: “We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis, and the nations will accept the New World Order.” PNAC said something similar right before 9/11.

Forget the science of it -- and yes, it does work remarkably well. Forget the convenience of it. Forget that similar identifying technologies, from bar codes to mag stripes, overcame similar obstacles and are now ubiquitous.

Radio frequency ID implants face a hurdle the others did not: ickiness.

"There is sort of an icky quality to implanting something," says Rome Jette, the vice president for smart cards at Versatile Card Technology, a Downers Grove, Ill., card manufacturer that ships 1.5 billion cards worldwide a year.
How RFID devices work
The RFID technology is un-yucky, however. The implanted tag -- a passive RFID device consisting of a miniature antenna and chip containing a 16-digit identification number -- is scanned by an RFID reader. Once verified, the number is used to unlock a database file, be it a medical record or payment information. Depending upon the application, a reader may verify tags at a distance of 4 inches up to about 30 feet. The RFID implant has been around for more than 20 years. In its earliest iteration, it provided a convenient way to keep track of dogs, cats and prized racehorses. Few took note or voiced much concern.

Then, in 2002, Applied Digital Solutions (now Digital Angel) of Delray Beach, Fla., deployed to its foreign distributors a beta version of its patented VeriChip technology for human use. Two years later, the VeriChip became the first subcutaneous RFID chip to receive FDA approval as a Class 2 medical device.
One VeriChip distributor in Spain sold the concept to the ultratrendy Baja Beach Club, which offered its patrons in Barcelona and Amsterdam the option of having an implant inserted in their upper arms to pay for their drinks without having to carry wallets in their swimsuits.

Judging by the ensuing outrage, you would think VeriChip had given the pope a wedgie.
'Mark of the beast'?
Web sites sprouted like mushrooms, accusing VeriChip of being the biblical "mark of the beast" predicted in the Book of Revelations as a foreshadowing of the end of the world.

CEO Scott Silverman was equally vilified as being tied to Satan or, worse, Wall Street. Big Brother was surely coming, though he'd have to get pretty close to read your implant. Claims that the tags cause cancer based on lab rat tests upped the amps of outrage.

Were people suddenly curious about RFID implants?

"Curiosity is probably an understatement," Silverman concedes. "People have always taken interest in VeriChip. Part of the lore and part of the trouble of this company over the past five years has been just that."

Though VeriChip played no part in using its implant as a payment device, the company quickly moved to calmer waters. Today, it markets its VeriMed Health Link patient identification system to help hospitals treat noncommunicative patients in an emergency. Its future may include more advanced medical applications, including a biosensor system to detect glucose levels.

"A lot of the negative press that we received was a direct result of people having a misconception of what this technology is all about," says Silverman. "We believe that the medical application was and still is the best application for this technology.

"That said, if and when it does become mainstream and more patients are utilizing it for their medical records or for diagnostic purposes, if they want to elect to use it for other applications, certainly they'll be able to do that. But it's going to take a company much larger than us to distribute the retail reader end of it into the Wal-Marts of the world."

Versatile's Jette has watched contactless RFID battle for acceptance in the credit card arena. Just as Silverman suggests, the dynamics and scale of the payment industry tends to work against widespread deployment.

"Mobil Speedpass tried to do it; they got some traction and decided to see if there was any mileage to take this to a Walgreens or McDonald's. You used to be able to use your Speedpass at McDonalds, but that ended because, at the end of the day, you still only have two gigantic payment processors out there, Visa and MasterCard," he says. "To me, the idea of any kind of payment device having ubiquity requires an awful lot of back-end cooperation, of people willing to say, 'I don't need my brand in the customer's wallet.'"

Although the coolness factor is effective from a marketing standpoint -- American Express Blue with its smart (if largely unused) chip is a good example -- Jette says most cardholders would balk at the very thought of a needle.

"With the implanting in the nightclubs, there is a cache of exclusivity there, especially among a certain demographic where people are piercing themselves and getting tattoos. But those are things that really only 20-somethings do a lot. I really doubt that there will be any market for injectable RFID tags or even any single point-of-sale payment device."

"A lot of times, the technology is a solution looking for a problem. Sometimes people fall in love with the technology for its own sake and then try to evangelize a home for it. My business group is just smart cards, and I never forget that although we make money with smart cards, the bills are paid with mag stripe cards. As backwards and old-fashioned as they are, that is still the bulk of what the transactions are going to be in America for a very long time."

Swine flu vaccination programme to keep local authorities busy in coming months

Shots available for two different types of flu

The parents of many small children will have to go to a clinic twice for swine flu, or H1N1 vaccinations in the autumn. First, to accompany their children in for a jab.

The vaccine is to become available incrementally, and small children are among the groups that are given priority.

Flu shots will be a big issue in the coming months. In addition to the vaccination of the whole population for swine flu, there will also be vaccinations against the regular seasonal influenza.

Swine flu vaccine is expected to arrive in Finland in late October. Shots for regular seasonal flu have generally been given at about the same time.

Local authorities are thinking about ways to deal with the vaccination programme without very many visits to the clinic.

National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) recommends that both vaccines be taken according to instructions.

The priority lists of risk groups linked with the administering of the H1N1 vaccines are causing considerable organisational work at the local level, says Jane Marttila, a doctor of infectious diseases working for the City of Turku.

In Espoo, Tuija Kumpulainen, the head physician of the city’s health clinic operations, ponders if there might not be room for flexibility in the order in which groups are vaccinated in cases in which there are fewer members of a certain risk group showing up for a vaccine than initially expected.

Turku and Espoo plans to administer vaccinations to pregnant women and young children at schools and maternity clinics.

In Helsinki, the aim is to vaccinate at clinics where people normally go to for treatment, says epidemiologist Hannele Kotilainen.

“We aim at making things smooth. We are trying to avoid having patients come to the clinic many times.”

Officials in Espoo and Turku are considering offering vaccinations at occupational health stations of larger work places. One potential complication is that the vaccines are administered by municipal authorities, and many workplaces have employees living in different municipalities.

Terhi Kipli, head of the vaccination department of THL, says that the risk involved in administering vaccines at the workplace is that news that a person has received the vaccine might not reach the health authorities of the municipality where that person lives.

Die Impfung kostet dem Bürger nichts, denn das Bundeskabinett hat die Leistungspflicht der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen bei Schutzimpfungen gegen die Schweinegrippe beschlossen. Auch der Verband der privaten Krankenversicherer hat laut der ARAG eine Impfkostenübernahme angekündigt. So besteht für alle Bundesbürger voraussichtlich ab Anfang Oktober die Möglichkeit, sich impfen zu lassen.

Die Kosten für die zwei notwendigen Impfungen je Person belaufen sich auf rund 28 Euro. Die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen übernehmen für maximal 50 Prozent der gesetzlich Versicherten die Impfkosten. Sollten sich noch mehr Menschen impfen lassen, wird die öffentliche Hand die darüber hinausgehenden Kosten übernehmen. Auch Praxisgebühren fallen für die Impfwilligen nicht an.

Pisałem już chyba o tym wcześniej - pracowałem tam wiele lat. Pytałem ostatnio znajomego, który z racji zajmowanego stanowiska powinien wiedzieć co się święci.
Na pytanie czy się szczepić czy nie - powiedział dokładnie tak - "Ja swoich dzieci nie zaszczepię".
Nic więcej nie chciał powiedzieć. Ja też nie podam żadnych oficjalnych namiarów. I tak za dużo napisałem.
I nie chodzi tutaj o mój strach ale nie mogę wrabiać gościa bo nie dał mi do tego żadnego upoważnienia w sumie to i tak wszystkiego się wyprze.
